  • What shipping service does HAVERHILL use?

    All of our orders are shipped with UPS. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

  • Does HAVERHILL ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide with UPS. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.  Please note that international orders are final sale.

  • Where is my package?

    Please check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number to track your package. If your package has been marked as "delivered" but you have not received it yet, please check if someone at your address has accepted the package or if it was left with a neighbor.   • This is a gift. Can you ship to a different address?

    Yes we can! Please write your recipient’s address under the Shipping Information at checkout.

    As soon as your order is packaged, the tracking information is automatically sent to the email used to place the order.   • I am purchasing multiple gifts on the same order. Can they be shipped individually?

    Yes. Please contact us before placing your order and our customer service representatives will determine shipping costs.

  • Are you closed on holidays?

    We are closed for all Federal Bank Holidays. Normal production and shipping schedules resume on the next business day.

  • Can I change the shipping address?

    Contact us with your order number, and our customer service representatives will be happy to discuss your options, depending on where your order is in the production queue.

  • Does HAVERHILL offer free shipping?

    All orders over $150 come with free UPS Ground shipping in the US. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
